Salon Policies

Consultations

• All extension and color service MUST schedule a consultation before appointment can be booked

Deposits

• For Color and Extension Clients a $50 deposit  is required
• Deposits will be added to service balance
•  DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE

             ( However it can be transferred  on appointments canceled 24 hours prior to   appointment. Transfers can only be transferred once and  has 60 days to be redeemed)  

Appointment Booking 

•   Both advance and same day appointments  are required to book online

              ( Unless you are a first time guest or a guest not seen over 6 months. consultation is required )  

Running Late 

• Guest are giving a 15 minute grace period before your appointment will need to be rescheduled unless approved by stylist  

Extra Guest

• Extra guest are NOT allowed in the salon

             (This excludes minors, elderly  & disabled that are being serviced. Guardians  & care givers  are required  to stay with disabled and minor clients )
